At 7 p.m. tonight, January 10, 2012, the Springfield First Aid Squad will swear in its Officers for 2012 at the Springfield Municipal Building in the Township Committee Room. The Squad will also present service awards, CPR saves, births, special recognitions, and the “Ilya Fasman Award.”

After the oath is administered and the awards are presented, there will be a small reception at the Squad's headquarters, 10 Trivett Ave North.

We look forward to having everyone come and support our town heroes.

Though we'd love to see you, we understand that everyone is busy. If you are unable to attend, please look over the Fund Drive letter that we sent out last month.  

Take a moment to re-read the letter, and as you do, please think of the volunteers who sacrifice their time to help others in their time of need. They are essential to this town, and its difficult to imagine would happen if they were not there. We hope that you'll take the time to fill out the enclosed card, return it with a donation, and help the Squad keep on helping you.
