Community Bonfire at Gaudineer Today

Community is invited to warm up, charge up and get out of the house.

 

Springfield officials are inviting the community to join them at 2:30 p.m. today at a bonfire in the rear parking lot of Florence M. Gaudineer Elementary School.

According to an announcement about the event released late yesterday, the event is intended to "boost morale, provide mutual support and keep spirits up."

Springfield officials will be on hand to give out information and answer questions.

In addition, charging Stations, water and snacks will be available for the public.

According to the JCP&L website, there were 6,978 outages in Springfield this morning. Now at 3:30 pm there are only 6,790!

Did anyone that attended the bonfire get any information about when we can expect our electric will be fixed?
