Absolutely disgusting - celebrating another politician who has fed at the taxpayer public trough, with self-serving interests and milking taxpayers and taking care of those close to him. This timeline shows all the patronage positions he and his wife were rewarded with for all the years of serving the party. Taxpayers should be outraged at this political ponzi scheme. He has profited at the expense of his neighbors and fellow citizens. To add insult, his wife Jodi was appointed to a no-show no-report Union County "Shared Services Ad Hoc Committee" and received $4,500 a year for it. Not only are taxpayers going to foot the bill for his Freeholder salary, but we'll be paying for his pension and health benefits for life because of this "life and times of Bruce Bergen". This should be used as a model for lessons in corruption and crony politics.

Seriously, this just shows what a bunch of schnooks we really are for allowing him to have 30 years of his hands in our pockets.
