A new bakery, Cake Kreations, looks to be setting up shop on Morris Ave. in downtown Springfield. No word yet on how it will look inside, but the name and sign sure are enticing.
Update: A Patch reader pointed us to the bakery's website, which has a lot of tantalizing information and pictures.

Terrific! Looks like it should do brisk business -- who doesn't like cake? :) I wish the bricks on the building could be cleaned / sanded though. Not just for this new business but for all the buildings downtown. We need some serious 'sidewalk appeal' for the downtown business district; hopefully the committee that's looking into this, will address it.
