Sold!: Hemlock Terrace Split-Level Sells for $445K

Homes reported sold in the township in recent days.

 

Garden State MLS listed four properties as sold in Springfield this week.

70 Meisel Ave., a two-bedroom ranch house with a two-car garage sold for $292,000 down from a listing price of $297,000.

91 Briar Hills Circle, a four bedroom split level with two bathrooms, sold for 330,000 down from a listing price of $339,000  

33 Laurel Drive, a three bedroom ranch home with a two car garage sold for $369,000, down from a listing price of $381,000.

38 Hemlock Terrace, a four bedroom split level home, sold for $445,000 down from a listing price of $469,900.
