Springfield Resident Arrested for Possession With Intent to Distribute

The following arrest information was provided by the Clark Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

On Feb. 16 in the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound ramp, Clark police arrested Anthony Nieto, age 23, single, an auto mechanic of 35 Hawthorne Avenue in Springfield for possession of CDS (controlled dangerous substances) with intent to distribute and possession of CDS paraphernalia.

Also arrested was Christopher Farinhas, age 24, single, a TV technician of 240 Oliver Street in Newark, New Jersey for possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates.

Poor guys, I went to high school with them. "Intent to distribute" is very different than mere "possession."
