Shortly after 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, the Springfield school system announced that classes will be suspended on Monday, Oct. 29, due to Hurricane Sandy. The announcement also stated that information regarding Tuesday will be available on Monday.

ue to the closure, all After School activities including volleyball have been cancelled as well.
The early childhood program at Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael will be closed as well.
