Mother Nature Home To Roost, Excepting It Has A Cottontail.
My lovely wife and I are Springfield residents in the Battle Hill area. We are avid, amateur, occasional, part-time, lovers of nature so imagine our surprise when a mommy rabbit chose our backyard to establish her birthing warren this past month. Over the course of a few short weeks, five baby kits appeared, reared and disappeared. The circle of life.
