Monday

Get your fresh veggies, ingredients and more. Springfield's weekly farmers' market is open today at the Jonathan Dayton High School parking lot from noon to 6 p.m.

Tonight at 7 p.m., the library hosts its weekly scrabble games

Springfield's School Board holds a rare summer meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Jonathan Dayton High School media center.

Tuesday

UPDATE: MEETING POSTPONED UNTIL SEPTEMBER. Springfield’s Special Improvement District meets this morning at 8:30 a.m. at the office of emergency management at Springfield’s Fire Department Headquarters. 

Springfield Seniors host a day trip to the Wine Library for a cheese and crackers wine tasting at 1 p.m.

Wednesday

McLynn's holds its weekly open mic night tonight at 9 p.m.

Every Wednesday evening the Jewish Learning Center hosts a Torah in our Time roundtable focusing on Jewish History, tradition, laws and customs and the Talmud and Kabbalah. 

The Springfield Seniors are hosting an open house today at the Sarah Bailey Center with the township employees and committee members at 1 p.m.  

Thursday

The Springfield Recreation Department is accepting registrations for their Cheerleading Program

Friday

Chabad of Union County hosts its “Caffeine for the Soul” discussion on the Torah's lessons for family life at Barnes & Noble on Route 22. 

Temple Sha'arey Sahlom invites the community to come and meet new Rabbi Ari Rosenberg at their Summer Shabbat service at 8 p.m.
