Monday
The Sarah Bailey Center hosts a day of bingo for area seniors starting at 1 p.m.
Author and photographer Kevin Woyce presents a slide show of original photography capturing many of New Jersey’s state parks, vintage maps and images of historic people, places, and events at the library.
Tuesday
The Library offers Chair Yoga, 45 minutes of guided relaxation, breath work, seated stretching/poses and standing stretching/poses with the assistance of a chair at 11 a.m. All are welcome.
The Dayton Girls Varsity Softball team take on Girls. Kent Place school at a 4 p.m. home game.
The Caldwell and Sandmeier PTA meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the schools.
Springfield’s Township Committee holds its regular meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at town hall.
Wednesday
Springfield’s Board of Health meets at 6:30 p.m. at town hall.
Thursday
The Gaudineer PTA meets at 7 p.m. at the school.
Springfield collects recycling today. Curbside collections are scheduled rain or shine. Items must be placed at the curb the evening before pick-up after 6 p.m.
Friday
Chabad of Union County hosts a “Caffeine for the Soul” discussion at Barnes & Noble on Route 22.
Dayton students put on their annual Senior Citizen prom. The event, a fun tradition for annual seniors, takes place at the high school at 2 p.m.
