virus called the U.S Department of Justice Virus. It is pretty common to get

Hopefully more people are aware of this. The elderly are particularly vulnerable to these computer viruses.

I have tried the fix stated and when I safe Mode with command prompt it goes right back to the previous screen it will not allot you to go into any safe mode once so ever therefore I still have the virus

Hi Erich, Sorry to hear that you got this virus. I would recommend trying the solution once more. If that doesn't work, take it to the tech guy.
