Garden State MLS reported one house sold in Springfield this week. 30 Far Hills Rd, a four bedroom split-level with a two car garage sold for $563,000, down from a listing price of $575,000.  

Three homes were sold in Springfield this week.  1 Mohawk Drive, a four-bedroom split level, sold for $411,000 against a sale price of $448,000.  3203 Park Place, a four-bedroom townhouse in the Park Place Park condominium community, sold for $435,000 against a list price of $459,990. 14 Sycamore Terrace, a four-bedroom split level, sold for $640,000 against a listing price of $649,500.    

17 Lewis Drive, a three-bedroom Colonial with a list price of $299,000, sold for $300,000. 236 Short Hills Ave., a three bedroom home with a mix of colonial and Victorian styles, sold for $390,000. Its list price was $425,000.

Two homes sold in Springfield this week.  131 Hawthorne Ave, a five bedroom split level house with two bathrooms was purchased for $272,000. It was listed for $279,000. 166 Tooker Ave, a three bedroom Colonial with one bathroom, sold for $305,000. It was listed for $315,000.
