In support of American Heart Month, Family First HomeCare, LLC, and Spring Meadows Summit are teaming up to offer free blood pressure and glucose screenings on February 8, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at ShopRite of Springfield, 727 Morris Tpke., Springfield.
February is American Heart Month, bringing awareness to the nationwide problem of heart disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and high blood pressure and diabetes are among the risk factors associated with heart disease.
Join Spring Meadows and Family First HomeCare at ShopRite for these important screenings. This event is free and open to the public.
