Located in downtown Springfield, Sofia's has a range of Italian specialties from Penne alla Vodka Sauce to Chicken Milanese over Arugula Salad and Shrimp Fra Diavolo. Owner Rick Pavoni, has been in the restaurant business for more than a decade. He opened the doors of this restaurant on Nov 16, 2009.
