This program covers the fundamentals of patient care, laws and legal aspects of healthcare. All providers, physicians as well as mid level providers should  do the course; it teaches the observation of abnormalities and how to detect abnormal changes in the elderly.
I think it will be well worth  the  investment of time and resources.
