Holy Cross Lutheran Church Angels Dust Off their Wings and Polish Their Halos

The time is now for the Secret Angels of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 639 Mountain Avenue, Springfield to sign-up to befriend a child age 3 years old to 3rd grade for the month of February. This popular intergenerational program matches a church member (teen or adult) with a child while being kept a secret throughout February until they meet on the last Sunday, February 23rd at the Secret Angel Party.

The weekly communication by the Secret Angel may range from a card, a note with an inspirational bible verse, stickers, or a phone call. The purpose is for all to have fun and to get to know each other during this unique opportunity.  At the Secret Angel Party the child meets and greets their Secret Angel with anticipation, smiles, and laughter that are heaven sent! Small gifts are exchanged and refreshments are enjoyed. For more information please call Jennifer at the church office 973-379-4525 Tuesday to Friday 9am to 1 pm.
