Kids Fitness - Youth Bootcamp

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ: April 4, 2014

Utilizing world renowned professionals such as former #1 boxing heavyweight contender Gerry Cooney and former 3x world Brazilian jiu-jitsu champion and pro-MMA champion Vitor “Shaolin” Riberio, BH Sports Training /BrawlHouse clients study wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), HIIT, mixed martial arts (MMA), boxing, yoga, sport specific functional training and muay thai / kickboxing within a 9,000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility.  BrawlHouse athletes range in age from kindergarten to senior citizen.  BrawlHouse works with their athletes to harness their athletic achievement as fuel to live their life with power, purpose, confidence and focus.

BrawlHouse is pleased to announce an amazing new class offering, Youth Boot Camp, every Tuesday at 4:15-5:15pm. The cost for the class is $10.00 per class add-on for any BrawlHouse member or $18.00 per class for non-members.

BrawlHouse Youth Boot Camp is designed to build strength, stamina, speed, agility and confidence in a fun environment.  Youth participants also learn how to constructively work with others to achieve individual and team goals.

About Jon Veras:
From 2007 to 2013, he devoted himself to serving the USMC as a member of the 2nd Marine Division.  Jonathan excelled at Special Ops/Martial Arts training while stationed in South America, and is a combat veteran, who served with honor in both Iraq and Afghanistan.  After sustaining combat injuries, he was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps.

Prior to joining the Marines, he excelled in various sports while attending Rahway High School in Rahway, NJ.  He spent four years as a member of the school’s varsity wrestling, baseball, and perennial powerhouse football teams.  In 2006, he also spent time playing minor league baseball in the Dominican Republic.  After graduating high school in 2007, Jonathan decided to devote his life to protecting the freedom and integrity of our country by enlisting.
