He Jewish Learning Center  is proud to announce their very first Model Matzah Bakery. Join us in a fun, educational, hands on experience, as we learn to make authentic "Shmura Matzah" using a recipe over three thousand years old...! Children of all ages will get to grind the flour, knead the dough and roll out their very own Matzah! While it bakes everyone will get to decorate their very own Seder Plate.
