Springfield Lions Club Installs New Slate of Officers

The new president was born in Chatham, graduated from high school in Millburn and lives in Middletown Twp., but says Springfield is his second home.

The Springfield Lions Club is celebrating the installation of new officers, according to the Springfield Press.

Topping the list is the civic organization's new president, Larry DeMooy, a Chatham native and 1962 Millburn High School graduate who now lives in Middletown Township. DeMooy has been a member of the Lions Club since 2007, and told the Press that he considers Springfield his second home.

Joining President DeMooy on the officers' slate are:
