Trunk Or Treat Offers Head Start to Halloween Fun

Candy, cupcakes and plenty of colorful characters made the event a success Sunday at Dayton High School.

Jonathan Dayton High School's parking lot was filled with ninjas, fairy tale princesses and spooky skeletons all having a great time at the annual Trunk or Treat Sunday afternoon.

Dogs got into the act as well and a Richard Simmons look-alike made a guest appearance.

Thanks to the DJ, vampires had a chance to do the Chicken Dance alongside Snow White and Superman.

Themed-trunks were decorated for the occasion, adding to the fun.

All money raised at the event will benefit the Sandmeier Parent Teacher Association, enabling the organization to continue its mission of providing educational programs and enrichment opportunities for the students.
