A woman convicted last month of vehicular homicide in Somerset County is seeking a new trial on the grounds a judge improperly barred an alleged confession by her husband from being presented to the jury, according to nj.com.
Amie Marroccelli, 41, of Union Township, Union County, claims Superior Court Judge Robert Reed incorrectly ruled that the note allegedly written by her husband, Jason Bradbury, could not be admitted as evidence, court documents state. according to nj.com.
