Dayton Grad Proud of Sophomore CD Release

Rachel Millman is hard at work on the video for her title track 'NOW.'

Recording artist Rachel Millman, 27, who was raised in Springfield, is thrilled to celebrate the debut of her sophomore CD release, 'NOW.'

The Jonathan Dayton High School grad has spent the past four years working as an independent artist, which has given her the ability to express herself as she wishes. Still, she said, she is fortunate to have a "strong and supportive team" backing her.
That group includes singer/songwriter Keith Harrison, who starred in 'Jekyll and Hyde' with Millman during their senior year.

Harrison assisted Millman on one of her new tracks 'BIG BITE,' which is about a romantic relationship that starts in New York City and is also about Millman's infatuation with Manhattan, where she currently resides. To view BIG BITE, click here.

Millman is currently at work on the video for the title track of her new CD. Check back with Patch next week to view that video and learn more about the recording artist.
