Alternative Press: Maoz Vegetarian Restaurant, Co-Owned by Springfield Resident, Opens in NJ
Springfield businessman brings crisp and fresh restaurant concept to Jersey.
Salad-centric restaurant chain Maoz Vegetarian has locations in London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, New York and Paris. Obviously, that list of world glamour and power centers is incomplete without New Jersey. So Springfield businessman Larry Goldberg and his partners are doing the logical thing and introducing Maoz to the Garden State by opening a location in New Brunswick. According to Maoz's Web site—which features a fun mash-up of vegetables and early '80s arcade games—a second Jersey location, Hoboken, is pending.
