Recently, Greg Delano, a third degree black belt and the owner of ATA Martial Arts on Morris Ave. in downtown Springfield, gave Patch editor Adam Bulger a lesson in simple self defense techniques. In the process, he also knocked Adam around a little bit. Enjoy!
