The recently flooded street was still showing signs of Hurricane Irene weeks after storm.
With homes drenched anew after heavy rains last week, the residents of Marion Ave. in Springfield were still clearing debris and water-bound possessions from their homes.
One house whose foundation was washed away was elevated by temporary construction materials on Friday, Sept. 9. Others homes had their foundations intact, but had wood and other materials piled high on their lawns.
