Monday

Springfield’s School Board meets at the Media Center at Jonathan Dayton High School. Public session starts at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday

The Springfield Seniors host a presentation by the garden club on maintaining house plants at the Sarah Bailey Center.

Throughout the month, the Springfield Library's Donald Palmer Museum displays the painting series by Rosalind Dorlen titled “The Front Porch," alongside Mary Kooi's  “The Art of Mary Kooi."

The Dayton Varsity Boys basketball team takes on Union Catholic Regional High School at a 7 p.m. home game. 

Wednesday

Springfield's Planning Board holds its monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal building. 

The Jewish Learning Center hosts its weekly "Torah in Our Times" roundtable doscussion, focusing on Jewish History, tradition, laws and customs, and the Talmud and Kabbalah. 

McLynn's holds its weekly open mic night. Full bands and individual musicians take the stage for a free form jam that changes every session. 

Every Monday and Wednesday, Z-Fanatical Fitness holds group fitness classes at USA Karate & Fitness in Springfield from 8:30-9 p.m.

Thursday

Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael holds its weekly get-together for new moms and mothers of newborns.

Friday

The Springfield Seniors offer cards and games at the Sarah Bailey Center. 

Chabad of Union County hosts a “Caffeine for the Soul” discussion on the Torah's lessons for family life at Barnes & Noble on Route 22.
