On Monday, December 3, 2012 at 7 pm
the Current Events Group of the Springfield Public Library invites you to enjoy an evening of music and comedy.

Jazz singer Bill Robinson has been a singer all his life. The man with the gleaming tenor voice and sure sense of
swing performs at weddings, the Summit Pub, Rod’s Steakhouse and more. He has opened for comedian Jackie Mason and Lionel Hampton and has taken part in the
talent night contests at the Apollo Theatre.

Jazz pianist Dan Crisci has performed as a soloist and in various group settings at
clubs such as Birdland and The Squire in NY and Trumpets, The Old Bay, Van Gogh’s Ear, Café Beethoven and more in NJ. Bill and Dan have teamed in the past and made beautiful music.

Tyrone Jackson will lighten your spirits with his sense of humor and command of language. Tyrone is a poet and the host of Break Through, one of the hottest shows on Cablevision Public Access. His show offers an opportunity to all performers and also provides important information on health issues, crime and getting a job.

Please join the members of the Current Events Group for a relaxing evening of singing, music and comedy and
then come back again on January 7th for a new year of hot issues!

This program is free to all.

The Springfield Free Public Library is located at 66 Mountain Avenue, Springfield.
