Free Flu Shots - Springfield Senior Citizens Only

The Springfield Recreation Department is hosting Free Flu Shots.  This event will take place on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 11:00am at the Sarah Bailey Civic Center, 30 Church Mall, Springfield.  NOTE:  this event is for Springfield senior citizens residents only.  For more information, call 973-912-2226.  All are welcome.
