Garden State MLS reports that two homes were sold in Springfield this week.
The three bedroom colonial at 37 Oakland Ave. was sold for $450,000. The sale price was the same as the listing price.
The four bedroom colonial at 322 Milltown road sold for $293,000, down from a listing price of $319,900.
