Man Arrested for Pot After Driving Wrong Way Down One-Way Street, Say Police

Officer Daniel Zieser stopped a motor vehicle when he observed it
approaching his location traveling the wrong way on a one-way street.
The driver, Christopher Gioello, age 25 of Staten Island NY, had become
lost when trying to locate an on ramp for Route 78.
When the officer had the driver open his window it was found that the car was filled with the odor and smoke of burnt marijuana and a half-smoked cigar containing marijuana instead of tobacco was in the ashtray.

Gioello was also found to have a small bag of raw marijuana inside of his vehicle. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (under 50 grams) and later released with initial court appearance date in the Springfield Municipal Court.
