Change In Medicaid Rules Influence Vote Regarding Runnells Specialized Hospital

When Union County freeholders voted recently to continue talks to privatize the county nursing home, it was a little-known proposed change in the state’s Medicaid rules that tipped their decision, according to nj.com.
