Summit Councilwoman Ellen Dickson, who is running for Union County Freeholder as a Republican,  kicked off her campaign  with a "Suds and Sliders" party at her home Sunday.

Dickson is running along with Brian Flanagan and Elyse Medved on the Republican ticket.
