On Monday, Springfield Mayor Ziad Shehady proclaimed Jan. 18, 2010 as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day for the Township.

Guests and speakers were invited to share their thoughts on the contributions and remaining challenges that embody the work of the late Dr. Martin King Jr.
