Small Business Workshops - Springfield Library

The Springfield Library is hosting Small Business Workshops.  Tonight's workshop is Developing a High Impact Business Plan.  This event will take place this evening beginning at 7:00pm.

There are two reasons to write a business plan.  First, a banker will require it as a condition of getting a bank loan. Secondly, and more importantly, the writing of a business plan forces you to think through every step of your start-up: how will you market your products or services, will you make them yourselves or have them made, how much you will charge for them, who your competitors will be and what you can offer that they don't, how will you finance your company, and how will you budget the available funds.  These questions and many others will have to be answered before you start your business, and failure is virtually assured if you don't have the answers.  For more information, visit www.springfieldpubliclibrary.com or call 973-376-4930.  All are welcome.
