2012 Jr. Dawgs Football Registration

The Springfield Recreation is holding their 2012 Jr. Dawgs Football Registration.  This event will take place today, Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 10am - 2pm at Chisholm Community Center, 100 S Springfield Ave, Springfield.

Jr. Dawgs is for children in grades 3-8 (2012-13 School Year).  Season Runs September – November – Practice begins week of August 13, 2012.  Practices 2 or 3 nights per week depending on age/coaches.

For registration you will need to bring the following items: 2 Separate Checks and a copy of players Birth Certificate

$50.00 payable to “Township of Springfield”

$175.00 payable to “Springfield JR Dawgs Football”

Discount provided for multiple players from same family:

$125.00 each child to Springfield Minutemen and $50.00 each child to Township of Springfield.

At registration you will also have to verify contact information, sign a player release form and Parent/Player Conduct agreement.  Registration will not be accepted unless all payments and paperwork completed.  Any registration after that date will be charged a $25 late fee. 

We are part of the New Jersey Suburban Football League a PAL program.  We are affiliated with USA Football a nationally accredited youth sports organization.  We are committed to provide a safe and rewarding environment for all players.
