Springfield YMCA

Spring 1 program registration begins on :
Monday, January 11 for family members
Tuesday, January 12 for youth and adult members
Monday, January 18 for non-members
The program session runs from February 8 to April 18.

The Springfield Y offers classes and programs for every age and fitness level, including sports, youth aquatics, dance and enrichment classes for preschoolers and youth; group adult fitness classes including indoor cycling, Zumba, stability ball, core strengthening, dance aerobics, mat pilates and yoga.
