The Summit High School boys soccer team narrowly defeated Jonathan Dayton Saturday at the Bulldogs' new athletic complex.
John Burns scored two goals while Ryan Hughes added one to bring the final score to 3-2. Nicholas Zachara had three saves in goal for Summit.
In goal for Dayton, Andrew Shanes had seven saves.
The Bulldogs take on Governor Livingston at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
