·         All the volunteers and township employees who made Memorial Day such an outstanding event were recognized and thanked.

·         Payroll and vendor invoices were approved.

·         An ordinance was adopted which makes permanent a previously temporary position benefitting the offices of Emergency Management and Finance by centralizing the acquisition of all data needed for funding and re-imbursement on the federal, state, and county levels, especially in the aftermath of extraordinary events such as Super storm Sandy.

Legislative Meeting of June 25th.

·         A Traffic Ordinance which clarifies parking regulations for snow removal was enacted.

·         The BID (Business Improvement District) made a presentation on the exciting new Springfield App.

·         Our wonderful township clerk, Linda Donnelly, was re-appointed for three more years.
