Grammy-Nominated Singer/Songwriter Rachel Millman Performs at Library Sunday

Springfield native Rachel Millman will perform a free, acoustic show Sunday afternoon.

Jonathan Dayton High School graduate and recording artist Rachel Millman will perform a free, acoustic concert at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Springfield Public Library.

Millman has spent the past four years working as an independent artist. Since the release of her debut If I Believe, Rachel has performed live on NBC's "Weekend Today in New York," sung the national anthem for 30,000 fans at Citi Field before the start of a Mets/Phillies game and has appeared at such top New York City venues as The Bitter End, The Living Room and Feinstein's at the Lowes Regency.

Sunday's show is first time the Springfield native will be performing hits from her latest CD NOW since its August release. To view the video for the single BIG BITE, click here.

Millman's acoustic performance will mark the beginning of an exciting new collaboration with respected indie scene guitarist Sean Faust.

Panera Bread is sponsoring the refreshments for the event.
