I hate this place is very dirtyyyy and customer service is badddd specially a lady named Veronica is nastyyy she can't even speak English please dont waste your time going to this place.....

Don't waste your time or money. The whole process was awful and I left with exactly with the haircut I DIDN'T want. From the moment I walked in something was off, it was 2 PM and it felt like the shop was ready to close up,I was told to get my own gown and given that it was my first time there it was confusing since I had no idea where it was. I was finally directed to a closet where I had to get it from a top shelf. I was left in the lobby with no idea where my hair dresser was and was finally told to find her...again, it was my first time here. I finally had a consultation with my hair dresser after stepping over a huge pile of hair, which remained on the floor for most of my service, and told her specifically what I wanted and more important what I didn't want in my hair cut. I was also getting color and she tried to encourage me to do semi permanent insisting I didn't have gray hairs, which was the only reason I was getting hair color. I said that I wanted permanent since I have grays and they are tough to color, with that information she didn't put me under the dryer which led to poor gray coverage. The cut was all wrong I didn't want short layers and as she was cutting I realized she was cutting too much and reminded her and she said she was merely texturizing. If that wasn't bad enough the receptionist who was in a hurry to leave at 3:45 asked me to pay while getting my cut and I was asked how much tip I was leaving. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
