Okay I have to say I am THRILLED. They are so nice here. I had looked up reviews on other sites and the guys here all got good notice, so I took my car in. Its a mini cooper, it was out of warranty for service and the guys at Pinkava did a great job. Most importantly (to me) they explained everything they were doing to me, and gave me indications of when I might need stuff done in the future and what those costs and options would be so I could plan for them (which is an ENORMOUS help). I cannot say enough about how pleased I am to have found such a great place to take my car to.

You will not find a better service station in the area...although I don't know the quality of Valero fuel. Jeff and Dave are extremely personable, knowledgeable, accommodating (e.g. loaner car); thorough; and reasonably priced. I've been taking my older model car there for 5+ years and I've NEVER had a problem. They also look out for you by identifying potential issues and providing estimates...which, on one occasion (early on in my relationship w/ Pinkava's)...I got a second opinion on and was thrilled to hear that Pinkava was correct in their assessment AND reasonably priced. Such a pleasure to have a service station like this in the area. A rare find!
