On Wednesday, Nov. 21, Walton School kindergartners celebrated Thanksgiving with the class's annual feast. The students ate turkey, corn muffins and applesauce and dressed as Pilgrims and Native Americans as part of the festivities. Thanks to Gina Levy for sending Patch the photos.

Enrollment is open for Springfield's pre-k through second grade-aged children.
The Edward V. Walton School is opening its doors and arms to new PreK-2nd grade Springfield students. They have started preliminary enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year. To be eligible, a child must be a Springfield resident and have completed all requirements prior to submitting registration forms.
