Two homes sell in Springfield this week.
Garden State MLS resports that two homes were sold in Springfield this week, a four bedroom colonial and a townhouse. A three bedroom townhouse at Springfield Park Place at 955 South Springfield Ave. originally listed for $419,000 sold for $405,000. A four bedroom colonial home at 6 Nelson place listed at $639,000 sold for $630,000.
