Jennifer Rapp has lived in Springfield for 8 years and is also a wannabe writer as well as a wannabe chef.  She is the proud mom of 2 amazing children, a not so well behaved puppy, and a cat who really does have nine lives. She is the owner of Culinary Creations by Jenny (www.ccbyjenny.com) which specializes in cooking parties for "chefs" of all ages, as well as both private and group cooking lessons. While not a classically trained chef, Jenny has always enjoyed cooking for others and experimenting with creative ways to give classic dishes an updated twist. When not in the kitchen or busy with her family, Jenny can usually be found looking for her next caffeine fix, organizing her home (tiara optional!), and dreaming up new recipes.
