Olivia Saez
Foodie & Home Chef
Passionate about food, Olivia started her restaurant career at age 7, opening her first restaurant around the kitchen table and serving one dish, eggs & bacon. Growing up, rainy days consisted of making pasta and bread from scratch, while every Sunday was a day to cook, bake, and enjoy food & family.
Olivia has spent over 12 years in restaurants from server, to barista, to dishwasher, and general manager.   Olivia ran her own catering business in her hometown in New Jersey for two years before moving to Oceanside at the beginning of 2013. Olivia's Catering & Bake Shop, a local off site business featured French, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines with a little American thrown in. Desserts were a specialty of Olivia's Bake Shop, specifically cake pop favors and bite size sweets for a perfect end-of-meal treat.  The only thing that could be better than food is having a party! Olivia now works locally in the food & beverage industry cooking at home like all of you, with a few tricks and recipes up my sleeves that I look forward to sharing with you!
