Savor Springfield Includes Dining Discount, Gift Card Raffle

Too hot to cook? The Springfield Business Improvement District is sponsoring 'Savor Springfield,' a three-day promotion featuring a 15 percent discount to diners at participating restaurants.

From Tuesday through Thursday, patrons can save a little money and also enter to win a $250 Visa gift card. 

"Also to coincide with this promotion, we have hired three jazz bands to perform in three separate areas of Springfield on the night of the 18th to give a pleasant outdoor feel of music for the pedestrians to enjoy," explained Mike Scalera Seating has been permitted outside for that night where they will be performing."
