The YM-YWHA of Union County and B'nai Brith cordially invite the community to attend the 10th Anniversary of "the Jewish Fair & Expo" today from 10:00am - 5:00pm. This program, which celebrates Jewish history, culture and heritage will take place at the "Y", 501 Green Lane, Union, is free of charge to everyone. Included in the Days events are the following....over 20 vendors for Holiday shopping (vendors will all be donating door prizes), Klezmer entertainment by Hester Street Troupe, Speakers Dr. Dennis Klein at 1:00pm with a Powerpoint presentation of Jewish History), and Rochelle Rothman, (Author, Not Just a Cookbook) at 2:30pm. For the children, Noah's Ark and his live animals will be on display to meet and pet from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, and Gizmo the Clown will entertain from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
Need money to shop? Bring in all your old gold and silver jewelry...cash it in for top dollar on the spot!!! Food will be available to purchase from selected kosher vendors, ranging from bagels and pizza, to hot dogs, fries, and deli sandwiches. Vendors include Israeli and Judaica products, make-up, hair & accessories, clothing items, DVD's & videos, tupperware, childrens items, hand-made unique crafts,and much more.
