Springfield Resident Seeks Community's Help with Lost Dog

Nine month old dog last seen on Troy Drive.

Have you see a tan and grey wheaton terrier mix in your neighborhood? Please call the number below. The dog’s owner wants it back home.

The dog, Eddie, belongs to Springfield resident Alison Garcia and was last seen on Troy Drive on Saturday, Nov. 19. Eddie’s owner adopted him from Home for Good Dog Rescue in Summit.

A volunteer from Home for Good Dog rescue who worked with Eddie said that until the Summit animal organization took in Eddie, he had been through some serious conditions. The volunteer said the 9-month old dog grew up malnourished and neglected in Georgia, where he lived under a porch for three months and covered in fleas and red ants.
