A Tale Of Two Supermarkets

Going out to Shop Rite to do a serious pre-Thanksgiving shop?  Better be prepared to park in any space you can find and be ready to battle crowds.  At 3:00 pm this afternoon, it was rockin'. All 12 registers were open and they had additional bagging help.  Eager shoppers were grabbing turkeys and all the trimmings.  

On the other hand, at 3:00 pm,  Food King was practically empty. I parked right in front and breezed through the wide open aisles. Extra registers were open and idle.  

So if you've forgotten cranberries/butter/pearl onions -- run into Food King and you'll be back out again in a minute. If you're planning a big pre-holiday shop, Shop Rite has extra help on board and is ready for your business.
