I have wrinkles in my carpet... Help!!

Dear Homeowner,

Wrinkles in your carpets are common,  they are a part of normal wear. They can appear for many reasons, mostly from years of moving furniture or heavy traffic (example hallways).
If the carpet is under 7 years old, we can send a carpet tech to reinstall the carpet.

Carpets that are over 7 years, often the carpet will appear "ok"  on top- yet the backing becomes dry & brittle not showing its age because it is underneath.  This limits its ability to be repaired.  Stretching the carpet could cause it to rip or tear.

Carpets are made from polyesters, nylons or wools..  (mostly) these are the same materials we make clothing from.  Imagine your favorite shirt... you wear it everyday for 10years... clean it once a year ... Over time, it just wears out...
This holds true for the carpets in our home.... The average life of a carpet is 7-10yrs..
We would recommend the carpet be replaced.

From measure to install...TCG has it all ...
